Our fare that night was cedar-planked Copper River Sockeye salmon, grilled Palisade peaches, and a tossed Mediterranean salad with all local ingredients. Good food and good friends - does it get any better than that?

A Simple Summer Supper
Hailey spent a semester in Buenos Aeries, Argentina last year and made friends with a fabulous young lady named Carolyn. Carolyn came to visit last summer so of course it called for firing up the grill.
