Crab Cakes. Made by my dad! Crab, Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Celery, Mayonnaise and Sea Salt Toasted on an English Muffin, garnished with pop chips (from TJ's of course) and fresh cherry toms! Yummmmm!

  1. Well not to be nit-picky here, but they were not crab cakes. They were open-faced Dungenes crab sandwiches - a lot of crab, a bit of minced celery and a bit of mayo, covered with a sharp white cheddar and a few dried cranberries.
