Yaaaaaaaaay!!!! He said that he would consider using it as a daily spread. He isn't ready to cook with it instead of butter, but hey, he's trying it! Guess that means I can be open minded to trying his lovely Chicken recipe he just posted, seeing as how he is keeping an open mind about my vegan tendencies.
